Nations of the world are linked to their constitutional text posted somewhere on the Internet." Browsable by country. Includes links to texts in languages other than English.   • MIT Center for International StudiesThe site is divided into four main sections: general information about the CIS; Programs; Publications; and News and Events. The main page also provides a search link, some spotlight articles, and a link to the spotlight archives. Programs sponsored by the center cover topics from human rights to international security. CIS publications are available in a variety of formats such as PDF files, HTML, and Flash and range from op-ed pieces to the center's newsletter and research publications. Notably in the Publications section is the Foreign Policy Index, which is "an annual review of U.S. foreign policy by subject area" (e.g., Iraq, Europe, environmental protection, military spending, immigration, terrorism).
